Complementing our wide-ranging production and general management activities, the Round Company is pleased to provide representation on behalf of a select group of outstanding artists.

We have been providing talent management services since 2015, supporting long-established and up and coming artists in the fulfilment of their careers. Primarily we have represented leading choreographers, dancers and directors working across some of the foremost classical, contemporary and musical theatre productions in Britain and around the world.

Our style of proactive representation for artists requires us to strictly limit the number that we act for. As the key link between our artists and their ‘employers’ we ensure that all negotiations, including the terms of engagement and artistic remit, are clear, thorough and advantageous.
